Q: What are your office hours? Are you open on the weekends?
A: We are open from 10 am to 4 pm Central Time Monday - Friday. Weekends we are closed because we are at Gun Shows.
NO AMMO SALES ARE PROCESSED IN OFFICE ON THE WEEKENDS.
Q: How long does it take to fill an order?
A: Please understand that we are “CLOSED” on the weekends, thus, we do not get to weekend orders until Monday. If there are many more orders on the Weekend, PLUS new orders coming in all the time, it can take us up to 5 days to fill an order that has no pending paperwork issues or stock issues.
Should there be an issue with your order, such as an “Alternate Address”, or something our system showed as available but in fact is not and we will to email you to offer you an exchange or a substitute. In these cases the order would be delayed.
Q: Do you hold money for back orders?
A: NO!!! If we are late to fill a order, that means that there was an issue and we have to address it in the order it was received. We do not have a back order process and will not hold funds for this purpose.
Q: Do you have this in stock?
A: While our servers are updated daily, we can have errors. Most of what you see IS in stock, unless it has a lower quantity , then it might get sold in-store before your order is processed.
We do get ammo delivered to us daily, thus our shock amounts change and the will be a difference in the availability from one hour to another.
Q: Do I have to send in extra paper work to verify who I am and how old I am?
A: There is paper required ONLYIF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS OR YOU WANT TO SHIP TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT Require paperwork for orders with the SAME Billing and Shipping.
WE DO REQUIRE PAPERWORK ON P.O. Box Orders. We CANNOT ship to a P.O. Box, a physical address is needed.
Q: Why is an Adult Signature Required?
A: Because its ammunition. It is a considered to be “hazardous” to the public, thus we have to treat it as such and this requires it to be signed by an Adult when it arrives to your location.
We understand that “other” Companies ship it differently, OUR Policy is for the safety of children and will not change.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: That depends on how far it is going and how heavy the package.
Q: I want my ammo shipped to my office, since you demand a signature and I wont be at home during the day. What do I need to do?
A: If you want your ammo shipped to an ALTERNATE Address, then we will need to verify your info by having you send in a copy of your ID and the CC Used to purchase it.
PLEASE NOTE: Block out any information that we do not have!! We only need your picture and address for the ID. We only need the last 4 of the CC and the Name, that is all we have. We ask that you block out any other information that we do not need.
