(5). I understand that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, and I hold Alamo Ammo harmless and I assume full responsibility for any such exposure.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, & INSURANCE:
- We ship to the USA only.
- We ship packages via FedEx.
- If you are in Texas Sales tax WILL BE added to your order in the amount of 8.25%.
- We do charge a $4.00 handling fee for Adult Signature Required.
- We cannot ship ammunition overnight.
- We cannot ship ammunition to Hawaii and Alaska.

- Tracking numbers are available shortly after the product is shipped via an email. FedEx should make three delivery attempts, if after three different attempts, you fail to take delivery of the ammunition it should be held at the FedEx depot for 5 days, if after this you still fail to collect the shipment, it will be returned to us and you will still be responsible for all shipping charges.
- If product is returned to us due to your inability to receive it, you will be liable for shipping charges both ways.

Washington DC, Alaska & Hawaii - no ammo deliveries.
Illinois - FOID (Firearm Owners ID) card must be on file for ammo deliveries.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or a cash refund. All damage claims shall be between the shipping company and you. All other returns or claims shall be with the manufacturer. On any returned shipment there is a 20% restocking fee applied along with shipping charges.
