Orders containing AMMUNITION will be shipped "UPS Ground, ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED"
– To order ammunition, you must read and agree to the following items:
(1). I am age 21 or older.
(2). I am not prohibited from legally purchasing/possessing any ammunition.
(3). Alamo Ammo will not ship ammunition to locations with legal restrictions on ownership or possession (Alaska; Hawaii; Massachusetts; NY City; Washington D.C.; Cook County, Illinois; & APO/FPO addresses).
(4). I understand that ammunition is non-returnable.
(5). I understand that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, and I hold Alamo Ammo harmless and I assume full responsibility for any such exposure.

The shipping quote provided by our website is normally accurate Minimum charge is $9.95 If for some reason the actual shipping is more that quoted we will charge the additional amount to your card.

• We ship to the USA only.
• We ship packages via UPS.
• If you are in Texas Sales tax WILL BE added to your order in the amount of 8.25%.
• We do charge a $3.75 handling fee for Adult Signature Required.
• We cannot ship ammunition overnight.
• We cannot ship ammunition to Hawaii and Alaska.

• Tracking numbers are available shortly after the product is shipped via an email. UPS should make three delivery attempts, if after three different attempts, you fail to take delivery of the ammunition it should be held at the UPS depot for 5 days, if after this you still fail to collect the shipment, it will be returned to us and you will still be responsible for all shipping charges.
• If product is returned to us due to your inability to receive it, you will be liable for shipping charges both ways.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
California - no tracer or incendiary ammo.
Massachusetts, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City - ammo only to 01, 02, 07, or 08 FFLs. (Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer)
Washington DC, Alaska & Hawaii - no ammo deliveries.
Illinois - FOID (Firearm Owners ID) card must be on file for ammo deliveries.

All of Alaska; Los Angelas, CA; Sacramento, CA; San Francisco. CA; All of
HI; All of IL; All of MA; NYC, NY; Bronx, NY; Brooklyn, NY; Manhattan, NY;
Staten Island, NY; Queens, NY; Washington D.C., APO & FPO Addresses, No PO boxes.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
1. The billing address entered when completing your order MUST MATCH EXACTLY the billing address for the credit card you are using (the address where you get your credit card bill). If it does not, your order can be delayed. Please contact our customer service department to help expidite the order.

1. Payment can be made by cashier's check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express, for prompt shipment. Credit Cards are only accepted from USA.

RETURNS INFORMATION

1. GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION:
We have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or a cash refund. All damage claims shall be between the shipping company and you. All other returns or claims shall be with the manufacturer. On any returned shipment there is a 20% restocking fee applied.
