Minimum Age Restrictions Federal law regulates the sale of ammunition to young people. It bars licensed manufacturers or dealers from selling long gun ammunition to anyone who they believe is under age 18. Also they may not sell handgun ammunition to anyone they reasonably believe is under age 21 (18 USC § 922(b)(1)).

Federal law prohibits ammunition sales, transfer to and possession by anyone who is under indictment for a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment or covicted of a felony, is a fugitive from justice, is an unlawful user of a controlled substance, is addicted to a controlled substance, has been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a metal institution, is an illegal alien, has been dishonorably discharged from the military, and has reounced his or her U.S. citizenship (18 USC § 922(d) and (g)).

Federal law also prohibits anyone from transporting, receiving, or possessing ammunition if he is the subject of a domestic violence order restraining him from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or the partner's child.  The subject of the order is barred from purchasing firearms or ammunition if a judge (or other hearing officer) determeines that the subject poses "a credible threat to the physical safty of the inimate partner or child" (18 USC § 922(d)(8)B).  Before making this determination, the court or officer must give the person a hearing opportunity.  The law also prohibits anyone convicted of a misdemeanor domestic violence crime from purchasing or possessing ammunition (18 USC § 922(d) and (g)).

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
1. The billing address entered when completing your order MUST MATCH EXACTLY the billing address for the credit card you are using (the address where you get your credit card bill). If it does not, your order can be delayed. Please contact our customer service department to help expadite the order.

PAYMENT METHODS:
1. Payment can be made by cashier's check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express, for prompt shipment. Credit Cards are only accepted from USA.

RETURNS INFORMATION

1. GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION:
We have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or a cash refund. All damage claims shall be between the shipping company and you. All other returns or claims shall be with the manufacturer. On any returned shipment there is a 20% restocking fee applied along with shipping charges.

CANCELATION INFORMATION

1. GENERAL CANCELATION INFORMATION:
Any order where the the fax authorization and foid card are not provided there is a 20% restocking fee applied.

EXTRA ORDER INFORMATION:

We try our best to have everything in our store available 100% of the time, but there are times that items may become temporarily low on stock before your order is processed.  In these cases we reserve the right to ship out particle orders immediately and place the rest on backorder.
